  • Top Tier Rich Fruit Cake - remove any marzipan/icing; wrap well in greaseproof paper and foil and it will last for several years. You need to *feed* it regularly with a spoonful or two of spirit (usually brandy/whisky/sherry) approx every 6-12mths.

    Alternatively, you can remove any marzipan / icing; wrap well in greaseproof paper and foil and freeze it until required.

    Sponge Cake - store your cake in the box in a cool, dry place.   If cut store it in an airtight container and consume within 5 days. 

    Don’t freeze or refrigerate your cake.
