FLAVOURS 

Included in our fixed priced packages are some of the flavours I offer:-

Vanilla & Raspberry: Vanilla sponge cake infused with Champagne syrup and filled with Strawberry buttercream and Raspberry preserve.

Double Chocolate: A moist dark cake filled with a deep cocoa buttercream and finished with a layer of dark chocolate ganache.

Lemon: A light lemon flavoured sponge, filled with lemon curd and lemon buttercream.

Red Velvet: A light and moist buttermilk cake, filled and covered with white chocolate buttercream.

Carrot: A warmly spiced carrot cake, filled with cream-cheese buttercream.

Traditional Fruit Cake: infused with Sherry.

DELIVERY

Once you’ve ordered your Wedding cake from me, I can take care of all the logistical details.  I can deliver and set up your Wedding Cake at your chosen venue within the Merseyside area personally so there are no third-party couriers for you to worry about.
